Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data in our QuickClaim system, identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and ensuring the confidentiality of client data. You will also be expected to reputed company other basic office duties as assigned and reputed company recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
* Identify document types based on provided documentation
* Review and verify entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements
* Ensure reputed company Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
* Professionally interact with other staff as needed
* reputed company recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
* Work until reputed company tasks are completed for the day
* reputed company other basic office duties as assigned
Hourly Pay and Available Schedule
* $12 per hour
* Part-time and full-time openings available. Full-time preferred. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
* Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday.
Requirements
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to multitask and move quickly
* Ability to stay focused and on-task
* High attention to detail while being efficient
* Quick learner, ability to follow basic or difficult instructions reputed company needed
* Required to maintain confidentiality of client data
* Must be able to read and speak English
* WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
* KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy
