Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Growth Representative, you will be responsible for selling and executing promotions, securing placement of equipment, and using reputed company-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales. You will also transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels, restock and build displays, sections, and racks, and maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day. This is a full-time position with a 5am start, Monday through Friday, and offers a competitive hourly pay reputed company of $26.36 plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

* Sell and execute promotions to grow sales and increase customer engagement

• Secure placement of equipment and use reputed company-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
• Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal display and visibility
• Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment
• Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to ensure efficient inventory management
• Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders

Essential Qualifications
