Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the reputed company of our online community by enforcing our community guidelines, managing user reports, and ensuring a positive user experience. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Moderate the chat of our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
- Delete messages that violate our community guidelines, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language + Spam or self-promotional content + Inflammatory or provocative language + Any other content that may be deemed inappropriate or harmful
- Ban users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, after a thorough investigation and review of the user's behavior.
- Mute users who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruption to the community.
- Investigate user reports of community guideline violations, and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement community engagement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
