Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with customers
• Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review, helping our clients to generate reputed company and grow their business
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
• Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge
• Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or higher
