Job Summary

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with our internal engineering and reputed company teams to directly support our customers and escalate issues as necessary. You'll be responsible for organizing and escalating issues to the engineering team, helping answer product questions, and educating our customer reputed company. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal

• Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
