Job Summary

As an reputed company Homesite Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their service issues, requests, and account information. You'll work closely with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Homesite-CONNECT customers, responding to service issues, requests, and account information in a timely and effective manner

• Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
