Come reputed company an impact every day at Zebra. The Business Process Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations through strategic process improvements. This position involves analyzing and enhancing end-to-end supply chain processes to reputed company operational excellence, improve efficiency, and drive cost-effective solutions by utilizing lean six reputed company methodologies. They will support delivering against our commitments internally and externally to our customers, partners and regulatory bodies. This position requires hybrid work in either our Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL office. Responsibilities: Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement reputed company and implement strategies for process optimization using Lean Six reputed company principles Facilitate process mapping and root cause analysis to drive targeted improvements Owns drafting and revision of new / updated business processes. Manages change management efforts associated with implementing including communications and training Operational Excellence: Promote a culture of operational excellence by implementing best practices and reputed company improvement initiatives Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track reputed company and impact of process improvements reputed company efforts to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction reputed company the supply chain reputed company cross-functional teams in executing Lean Six reputed company projects to drive process improvements Utilize data-driven approaches to identify, analyze, and solve reputed company process-reputed company issues Agile methodologies: Manage process improvement projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives Delivery of products that meet customer needs and business goals Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the team and stakeholders Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and IT teams to ensure process alignment with business needs Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather input and reputed company solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners Technology and Innovation: Identify and implement technology solutions and automation opportunities to enhance supply chain processes Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive the new and different and competitive advantage Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 8+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree preferred but not required Deep understanding of agile methodologies Strong analytical skills Deep understanding of supply chain management Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives Six reputed company Black Belt preferred or in reputed company Strong facilitation skills, including conflict management Demonstrated expert knowledge/experience using basic change management principals and approaches.
