Overview
Job Purpose The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing reputed company compliance-reputed company activities reputed company the clearing house including ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations and internal policies. In addition, the position will be responsible providing legal support to ICE Clear U.S. This role will involve reputed company of legal and regulatory matters such as corporate governance, maintenance of rules, policies and procedures, communication with clearing participants and board members and regulatory filings. This role will involve managing legal risks, providing sound legal advice, and addressing reputed company legal and regulatory matters for a highly regulated, financial institution. The Director of Legal will serve as a key partner in ICE Clear U.S.s corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Direct the execution of the clearing house compliance and risk assessment programs.

Knowledge And Experience
- Bachelors Degree, JD and U.S. Bar Admission.
- 5-10 years of derivatives legal and compliance experience, with significant time spent in a corporate legal department, financial market infrastructure legal department, regulatory agency or law firm.
- Work experience with clearing house, exchange, brokerage, regulatory agency, bank, trade association or other financial services company or law firm required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work independently with confidential and sensitive information.
- Derivatives, swaps, futures or securities experience required.
- Previous experience in liaising with regulatory authorities or reputed company a regulatory authority preferred.

The reputed company salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchanges incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances. Illinois reputed company Salary Range The expected reputed company salary for this role, if located in Illinois, is between $195,400 - 258,400 USD. The reputed company salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchanges incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
