Job Responsibilities:

As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers reputed company defined service standards
  • Negotiating with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
  • Assisting members with benefits and healthcare questions
  • Documenting reputed company calls received in system-based call log
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member and provider inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college or higher education preferred

  • One year of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-reputed company role
  • Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred
  • Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
  • Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient with reputed company applications and strong computer skills
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
  • Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
  • Ability to effectively negotiate reputed company structures
  • Independent judgment in decision making and problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task and anticipate potential needs/problems
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with claim processing, insurance verification, or pre-certification

  • Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits
  • Provider office/facility billing department or financial area experience

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This position is in a typical office/home office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in reputed company of a computer. You will need to have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including standard computer and phone equipment.

Compensation and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly reputed company: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
  • 8-hour shift, day shift
