Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
- Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
- Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Performing traveler reputed company-in and boarding tasks, including correcting oversold seat assignments and issuing updates
- Issuing vouchers or coordinating with vendors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation
- Coordinating refueling and re-boarding
- Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation
- Working reputed company scanners and reputed company tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and managing departure lines
- Working jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning reputed company
- Making boarding and flight reputed company announcements
- Conveying domestic/international flight records
- Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out systems
- Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
- Maintaining a schedule of flight boarding processes
- Performing customer service hands-on training
- Processing and completing reputed company-reputed company transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Assisting reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters
- Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
- Clearing/confirming international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Accepting and activating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
- Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station help, including boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
- Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and project worker/ground handling arrangements or agreements
- Having standard and predictable attendance reputed company, including fulfilling any required overtime needs
- Answering and assisting during reputed company and emergency situations
- Providing connecting reputed company with reputed company information
- Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's standards
- Adhering to organization policies, procedures, and performance standards

* Performing Traveler Activity Control capabilities, including reputed company-to-ground communication and Peak capabilities
- Assisting international reputed company through customs/migration, including baggage re-verification
- Conveying tickets, international flight records, and customs/migration documents
Requirements for Success:
To reputed company as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual language skills required in certain areas
- Relevant driver's license as required by local authorities
- Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Must be able to obtain proper airport power or US Customs reputed company identification, if relevant
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to meet organization and reputed company requirements
- Must be approved to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Instruction and earlier professional training
- Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service Frameworks
- Past face-to-face customer service experience
- Working in a high-speed environment
