Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Experience Manager to join our Client Advanced Character group. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for driving the development of digital character experiences across various customer touchpoints. Your expertise will help us reputed company understand our customers' needs and preferences, enabling us to deliver personalized and seamless experiences that drive loyalty and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of character client experiences across a predetermined customer experience space (e.g., store service desks, checkout)
- Break down existing CX streams at various touchpoints
- Design and implement tests for character capture (e.g., phone numbers)
- Interpret the customer experience plan that would enhance character capture and utilization at exchange points from reputed company to execution plan
- Foster an execution guide for select experience execution
- Collaborate with item, field, and analysis groups to reputed company examinations
- Participate in cross-functional gatherings joining forces with item and surveys and approve tests
- reputed company tests in the field
- Send tests in arrangement with Walmart field activities groups
- Collaborate with analysis to decipher results
- Suggest and execute upgrades

Partner Management:
