As a member of our ACS team, you'll work closely with various departments, including Flight Safety, Operations Customer Center, Technical Operations, and In-Flight Service, to drive operational performance and reputed company our goals.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities
As an Airport Customer Service Co-op, you'll have the chance to work on a larger project that will be presented to Hub Leadership at the end of the semester. This project will allow you to reputed company your skills, think creatively, and showcase your abilities to our leadership team. Your individual duties will include:
- Collaborating with a specific reputed company team and working with multiple departments reputed company the hub
- Participating in Incident Analysis reports and Injury Prevention Group sessions
- Attending station safety meetings
- Helping drive operational performance, such as on-time departures, hot bag, clean cart compliance
- Engaging in employee recognition events
You'll also have the opportunity to work with external business partners, such as TSA, DOT, aircraft cleaning vendors, fueling vendors, and the Salt Lake City Department of Aviation. This will allow you to reputed company your skills in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an aviation management discipline during the duration of the Co-op
- Have a competitive GPA and good academic standing with your university
- reputed company to work in the field of Aviation or Airline Management
- Demonstrate competency in skills such as collection and analysis of data, reading and summarizing new regulations, and problem-solving quickly
- Have working knowledge of reputed company Outlook, Access, Word, reputed company, Forms, PowerPoint, & reputed company
- Possess excellent communication skills, be able to process complicated issues quickly, and maintain confidentiality reputed company dealing with sensitive information
- Be able to acquire a SIDA badge for SLC, including a U.S. Customs seal and SLC driving endorsement, and pass reputed company's Physical Agility Test (PAT) to complete essential physical reputed company functions

- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency

Our Co-op program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the airline industry. As a Co-op, you'll spend three alternating semesters working full-time at arenaflex, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and reputed company your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
