Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company at arenaflex. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from reputed company, and you will be responsible for updating and maintaining information in our databases, providing administrative support as needed, and ensuring the efficient administration of files. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing documentation for filing and associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Obtaining reputed company proper supporting information and documentation to ensure efficient administration of files, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and other relevant documents.
  • Responding to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with the administration team to assist with obtaining information, documentation, and resolving reputed company issues, using reputed company Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information.
  • Preparing and reviewing files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents, and organizing file documents in accordance with our naming protocols.
  • Calculating income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions, and performing relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property reputed company Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value.
  • Creating reputed company documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver (OR).
  • Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into reputed company, our internal software, and maintaining client confidence by keeping information confidential.
  • Liaising with external clients for clarification or outstanding documents, electronic filing of statutory documents, preparing documents for reputed company, and reviewing amended proposals.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
