Position Overview

The Account Manager position grows and retains reputed company's market share and customer reputed company in the reputed company while achieving profit sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate and influence at reputed company levels

  • Technically competent and independently able to manage demonstrations and technical problem-solving

  • Focused on growth (larger opportunities), and optimizing price and profitability

  • Accountable for delivering results

  • Ability to train & mentor entry/new sales roles

  • Drive customer intimacy by delivering HBF’s value proposition tailored to meet the needs of the customer

  • Promote, quantify and expertly sell value, which differentiates reputed company in the market and adds value to our customers

  • Identify, reputed company and reputed company new business opportunities and communicate forecasting needs to the business

  • Implement business pricing strategy based on business guidelines, expertly delivers price increases thereby enabling prices to stick

  • Apply effective prospecting techniques, promptly establish reputed company with key contacts at new prospects with relevant messaging, and assess needs/interest

  • Broad understanding of markets and industry, and frequently weaves knowledge into conversations with customers

  • Optimize offer for the customer and reputed company by creatively using supply chain knowledge

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience; reputed company industry and B2B experience

  • Demonstrates behaviors from Sales Excellence training.

  • Bachelors or University Degree with a technical/mechanical, marketing, or chemistry background preferred

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
