Job Summary

As a Full Stack Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support, you will be responsible for handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. You will navigate multiple systems, manage a steady volume of incoming calls, and provide comprehensive solutions to reputed company healthcare-reputed company issues. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma, GED, or college degree - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy - Great problem-solving skills and ability to multitask - Availability to work weekends and flexible hours - High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment - Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training class with 100% attendance

Preferred Qualifications

- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting - Experience with telehealth platforms and systems - Knowledge of healthcare-reputed company issues and regulations - Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
