Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phones and responding to voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Working with our agency systems to manage renewal and policy alerts
- Assisting reputed company customers with payments, policy changes, and other inquiries
- Setting up customer appointments for licensed agents to reputed company policy reviews
- Treating each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity to grow our client reputed company and reputed company
- Utilizing your skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company sales and reputed company goals
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to our clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

Relocation
We require our Customer Service Sales Representatives to relocate to the Gunnison County area before starting work. If you're willing to reputed company the move, we'll provide assistance with relocation costs.
