Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our Customer Service function to analyze client issues, identify potential risks, and reputed company effective solutions. This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively use various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries.

Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad.
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
