Role Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Manager / Practice Leader to join and help shape our Transformation & Change consulting team. You will play a dual role: grow the practice through business development and thought leadership, and leading major client engagements in governance, change management, and agile transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to business development efforts through client relationship management, proposal development, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Advise senior stakeholders on program plans, change strategies, agile operating models and transformation roadmaps.

• Collaborate with internal leadership to reputed company intellectual capital, service offerings, and market positioning.
• Coach and mentor consultants to build internal capability and foster a high-performing, entrepreneurial team culture.

• 10+ years of consulting or relevant experience in digital transformations, organizational change, or governance roles.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end transformation programs, ideally in the Energy & Utilities or Industrial sectors and with link to ERP/CRM implementations (reputed company, MS Dynamics, reputed company)
• Strong knowledge of transformation governance, agile portfolio management, and change enablement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial reputed company with the ability to drive business growth, reputed company client relationships, and co-create new opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
