Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for operational and service activities reputed company to a third party performance reporting system, including troubleshooting issues, managing system activations/deactivations, and providing requested reports
- Deliver professional presentations and conduct both formal and informal training sessions reputed company teleconference or occasional in-person meetings, including offsite presentations
