Consignment Analyst I
reputed company. is a growing medical device company looking for a Consignment Analyst I. This entry-level position is responsible for managing consigned inventory, performing monthly reporting, and developing key metrics dashboards while collaborating with various departments to enhance consignment operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Field Inventory (consigned reputed company sets and units)
- reputed company and communicate processes and procedures to control and ensure efficient utilization of field inventory
- reputed company regular annual audits and reconciliation of inventory held at customers and distributors
- reputed company and provide regular reporting and metrics of field inventory utilization
- Evaluate field inventory levels and utilization; provide recommendations on reputed company inventory levels
- Partner with sales management distributors to analyze and redeploy assets
- Review, research, investigate and resolve field inventory discrepancies and disputes reputed company to transferred, returned, lost or damaged inventory
- Produce regular department reports for internal and external groups
- Publish key metrics Dashboard for the department
- Serve as backup for Customer Master Data maintenance
- Responsible for overseeing loaner program

Skills
- Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work as a collaborative team member as well as independently
- Excellent attention to detail, producing high quality output appropriate to broader context
