Mpower Direct LLC is a leading direct sales/marketing company in the Solar/renewable energy space, seeking a driven Recruitment Administrator to support their Bronx office. The role involves high-volume hiring, onboarding, and HR operations to help grow the direct sales team.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, screen, and schedule interviews for entry-level direct sales roles
- Partner with the District Sales Manager to align on hiring needs
- Run onboarding — setting new hires up for success from Day 1
- Greet and support candidates and visitors; reputed company the office organized and energized
- Champion the candidate experience while managing a high-volume pipeline
- Maintain and track HR records, especially around promotions and "dreamovers" (our term for internal career moves)
- Ensure compliance documentation is complete and up to date
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

- Recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (direct sales recruitment experience strongly preferred)
