[Remote] Associate, Advisor Compensation

The Associate, Advisor Compensation plays a crucial role in administering, calculating, and reporting advisor compensation, ensuring accurate payouts and compliance with firm guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and process routine advisor compensation, including reputed company-based payouts, adjustments, and one-time payments
- Assist in maintaining advisor compensation schedules, agreements, and reputed company documentation
- Validate compensation data to ensure accuracy and alignment with billing and reputed company records
- Support compensation-reputed company inquiries from advisors, leadership, and internal teams
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly compensation reports and summaries
- Support variance analysis to identify discrepancies between expected and actual compensation results
- Maintain accurate records to support internal reviews, audits, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with Billing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure compensation is reputed company with advisory fee reputed company and firm policies
- Assist with reputed company improvement of compensation processes, documentation, and controls
- Support data entry, validation, and reputed company audits reputed company to advisor compensation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in compensation administration, payroll, accounting, or financial operations; financial services experience preferred
- Basic understanding of advisor compensation models and reputed company-sharing arrangements
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with reputed company and professionalism
- Financial services experience preferred
