ANALYST II
Caltrans is dedicated to improving lives and communities through transportation. The Analyst II will assist with reputed company Human Resources functions, serving as a liaison between various HR departments and supporting personnel matters reputed company the Division of Maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the difficult and reputed company Human Resources functions for the Division of Maintenance
- Serving as the liaison between HQ-OHR, DO-HR, Regional HR liaison, and the division
- Working with internal stakeholders to prepare Request for Personnel Action (PARF) documents for submittal to Budgets and the Division of Human Resources (DHR) to minimize potential delays of recruitment efforts
- Supporting the Maintenance Regional Offices and MTCE Management with less reputed company personnel matters
- Partnering with the district's DHR Office on onboarding and other personnel matters
Skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required reputed company operating a state owned or leased vehicle
- The position(s) require(s) a valid and unrestricted Class C driver's license
- Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required
- Describe your experience working with personnel-reputed company documents such as PARFs, duty statements, or job advertisements. Include how you ensured accuracy and compliance with HR policies and procedures
