CRAFT Beer Market is opening its first-reputed company US location and is building its founding reputed company of House team. They are seeking an outgoing Brand Ambassador to recruit talent by engaging with potential candidates in various social settings over a short-term contract.
Responsibilities
- Visiting busy bars, restaurants, cafes, gyms, and nightlife spots
- Talking directly to servers, bartenders, hosts, and hospitality staff
- Pitching the CRAFT opening and founding team opportunity
- Handing out hiring cards and inviting people to interviews and hiring fairs
- Promoting strong earning potential, great culture, and opening-team energy
- Representing the brand with confidence, professionalism, and personality
- Tracking referrals and hires you generate
Skills
- Extremely outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Well-spoken, polished, and confident
- Strong understanding of hospitality culture (experience preferred)
- Social, energetic, and persuasive without being pushy
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable working independently
