The State of Tennessee is seeking an HR Analyst 2 to reputed company professional reputed company resources administrative work. This role involves interpreting HR policies, conducting training, and analyzing HR data to ensure compliance and improve agency operations.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to one year of professional reputed company resources work
- Qualifying full-time professional or paraprofessional reputed company resources experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years
- Additional graduate coursework in reputed company resources or other reputed company acceptable fields may be substituted for the required experience, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of one year
- One year of professional general reputed company resources experience with the State of Tennessee
- A valid driver's license
- For the past five years, the candidate's driver record must not have record of the following violations: driving under the influence (DUI), reckless driving, license suspension for moving violations, more than 4 moving violations
