Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and effectively communicating with internal and external partners to support ledger activity reputed company to Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing indirect spend invoices across multiple systems to ensure support documentation is available for the expense being processed
- Processing supplier invoices with accuracy and timely manner
- Process invoices with multiple lines of distribution reputed company data loading software
- Ensure 3-way match for Purchase Orders and follow up on exceptions
- Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and build trustworthy & reliable relationship with suppliers/departments/colleagues
- Effectively communicating on inquires to ensure reputed company invoices/inquiries are handled reputed company the company’s SLA
- Supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards
- Identify missing invoices form suppliers and ensure they are captured prior to month end reputed company
- Managing the Service Channel portal and invoicing for AP
- Audit Utility reputed company Pay import each week and confirm amounts before disbursement
- Reconciling monthly supplier statements, which includes follow reputed company and reporting
- Assist with month/quarter end internal and external audits
- Review fintech bank activity and prepare correlating settlements
- Ensure company and partners are adhering to company policies and procedures
- Analyze initiate and implement solutions, best practices, and procedures in the accounts payable department
- Team-player who can also work independently
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company
- reputed company Office knowledge (reputed company, Work, Outlook)
- Restaurant Industry experience a plus
- Transformation in Accounts Payable processes towards automation a plus
