[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for initiating contact with prospects and customers to sell assigned product and service categories, qualifying new business prospects, and moving them along the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Outbound reputed company reputed company and inbound reputed company qualification
- Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiries
- Accurately assess the customer's business, applications, and identify the best-fit RWS sales resource to follow-up on qualified opportunities
- Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources to reputed company RWS opportunity
- Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities reputed company Small Business. Mid-Market and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio
- In addition, be responsible for responding to contact initiated by customers or prospects reputed company telephone, email, gaining an understanding of the customers’ needs or requirements, moving the opportunity towards a sale, meeting, or other relevant outcome
- Focus upon maximizing sales of RW products to existing customers by trying to cross sell or up-sell
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Either customer experience or sales environment preferred)
- Ability to get results through influence and collaboration
