Project Engineer

reputed company is a recruiting company focused on connecting construction professionals with builders. The Project Engineer will manage project submittals, assist in contract drafting, and support both field and office teams while ensuring project schedules and deliverables are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company project submittals and ensure timely approvals
• Record and distribute meeting minutes for internal and external project meetings
• Split time between the office and the project site, supporting both field and office teams
• Assist in drafting and reviewing reputed company
• Prepare and edit subcontract Exhibit (Scope) pages, including contract amounts for each trade
• Create and update scope of work sheets for subcontractors and vendors
• Collaborate with estimators during preconstruction and throughout the project to ensure scopes and pricing align with project requirements
• Help identify and coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring scopes and expectations are clearly defined

• Follow up on project deliverables and outstanding action items
• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination
• reputed company site inspections alongside the Superintendent to verify quality, safety, and schedule compliance

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or a reputed company field
• Familiarity with construction documents, submittals, reputed company, and scopes of work
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both in the office and on active construction sites
• Effective communication skills with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Proficiency in construction software, reputed company Office Suite, and reputed company Project
• Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibility in both project management and field operations
