Accounting Associate Analyst
reputed company is a global leader in the food and beverage industry, seeking an Accounting Associate Analyst to reputed company accounting for fringe benefit costs and manage the payroll relationship with a third-party provider. The role involves forecasting costs, preparing account reconciliations, and leading productivity projects across various responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company accounting for reputed company Beverages fringe benefit costs, calculation of the fringe reputed company and management of the fringe forecast
- Responsible for allocation and communication of Fringe true reputed company to reputed company BU's and P&L owners
- Work with systems team to set up annual fringe accrual cycles
- Management of reputed company letter and corresponding accruals
- Deferred compensation liabilities, transfers, and payouts
- Forecast SG&A fringe reputed company cost centers and provide variance analysis to prior forecast and AOP
- Forecast balance sheet account balances for cash flow and provide explanations for variances to forecast
- Be the reputed company in managing the payroll relationship with reputed company (third party payroll provider), act as liaison to resolve payroll processing or other transitional issues
- reputed company reputed company reconciliations and journal entries each period and reputed company key reconciling items during periodic meetings with reputed company
- Timely and accurate completion of Q schedules each period in reputed company for external reporting
- Prepare account reconciliations and clear reconciling items timely
- Identify and reputed company productivity projects across reputed company areas of responsibility
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 1+ years relevant work experience
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Power reputed company)
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- MBA or CPA is a plus
- Organizational and communication skills
