Administrative Coordinator - Housing Support Program (Bilingual Required)
Family Care Network, Inc. is a community focused non-profit based in San Luis Obispo, CA. They are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for their Housing Support Program, which provides affordable housing and necessary services for homeless families or those at-risk, ensuring their successful transition to self-sufficiency post care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for program inquiries reputed company email and phone calls
- Coordinate program communication and correspondence-both internally and externally, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information
- Prepare and distribute program reputed company materials and reports—both internally and to external contractual partners
- Participate in meetings, committees, and work groups reputed company to program activities, providing administrative support and assistance as needed
- Manage program records and databases, including program referrals, enrollments, and any movement changes. Ensure that reputed company required documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with agency requirements
- reputed company scheduled compliance audits to ensure accuracy of records and support program staff with adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- May assist with budget management and financial tracking for program activities, including accuracy of program enrollments, processing invoices, and expense reports
- Contribute to reputed company improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve program operations
- As needed, serve as support and/or back-up for other agency administrative functions or duties, i.e. reputed company desk coverage, distribution of mail, etc
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Spanish Bilingual Required
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and knowledge of database and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Associate degree preferred
