Transfer & Academic Records Coordinator

Northwestern Health Sciences University is a national leader in person-centered healthcare education, seeking a Transfer and Academic Records Coordinator to support student success through accurate management of academic records. The role involves evaluating prior learning for transfer credits, maintaining student records, and providing excellent customer service as the first reputed company of contact for the Registrar's Office.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate credits earned at prior institutions and coordinate with program chairs for transfer credit eligibility
• Enter, update, and audit student academic records in the student information system to ensure data accuracy and reputed company
• Production and submission of official and unofficial transcripts and respond to transcript requests
• reputed company data entry to update student records with complete and accurate data
• Support records management by coordinating document scanning, retention, and secure storage
• Manage phone queue, walk in inquiries, and email support
• Create and maintain transfer evaluation documentation
• Collaborate with academic departments and participate in data reputed company and records-reputed company projects as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a reputed company field
• 1-3 years experience in an office setting
• Customer service experience
• Moderate level of experience with reputed company Office tools
• Ability to multitask and work in multiple systems and software packages simultaneously
• Previous experience in higher education or understanding of academic processes
