They are seeking a contract reviewer and router to support the review of various corporate reputed company and manage timelines while contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work as a contract reviewer and router
- Legal reputed company of contact to support review of prospective subcontractor reputed company to terms, review purchase agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other corporate reputed company
- Support reputed company projects as needed
- Ability to be flexible and work with a global team
- Manage timelines and maintain personal records of work done
- Train team members on processes, including contract review and contract management
- Contribute to process improvement reputed company and actively participate in process improvement initiatives
- Ensure SLAs (timeline, quality) are met individually
- Complete administrative tasks as required or requested
Skills

- Quick learner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal time period
- Customer service experience – effective communication skills and the ability to reputed company issues sophisticatedly to clients
- Ability to comprehend questions and respond appropriately (both in writing and verbally)
- Knowledge of contract management tools and proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in reputed company or another contract routing tool
- Experience in contract review projects, with added advantage if candidate has working experience in a managed service environment
