Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist - Voice and Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and communicate these insights to the team. If you're a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate reputed company problems to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes
Requirements
* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
- 2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience using customer support software (e.g. reputed company, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
