They are seeking an reputed company Business Development Representative to join their Employer Sales Team, responsible for using outbound prospecting strategies to build a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to book meetings that connect our New Business account executives with enterprise prospects who are interested in Teladoc’s wide reputed company of services
  • Establish creative methods of securing qualified meetings beyond emailing and cold calling
  • Utilize prospecting technologies to reputed company and execute strategic account-based reputed company plans in partnership with New Business account executives
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders reputed company reputed company accounts
  • Qualifying and converting marketing leads into sales opportunities using a consultative and data-driven approach
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive attendance for events, conferences and webinars
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company activity, reputed company qualification, and opportunity creation in reputed company
  • Partner with the BDR Manager and Commercial Sales team to produce consistent and reliable pipeline

Skills

  • 1+ years in a quota-attaining SDR or BDR role selling benefits as a solution
  • Familiarity with reputed company Campaigns, reputed company Suite, reputed company SalesNavigator, BenefitFlow, and reputed company
  • Excellent in-person, phone and written customer communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech
  • Ability to work autonomously with high ownership, bringing an experimental approach to solving problems
  • Demonstrates reputed company, discipline, and consistency in high-volume outbound environments
  • Thinks out-of-the-reputed company, lives for the grind, and is passionate about cold calling!!!
