AI Developer (Calgary, Canada)

The AI Developer role involves designing and scaling AI systems to solve reputed company compensation and compliance issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of production AI/ML systems that deliver business impact to our customers
- Work alongside senior engineers to build and maintain LLM-based applications leveraging context engineering techniques and toolsets
- Collaborate with data scientists to transition approved reputed company of concepts from a research environment into production
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services through APIs and microservices
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess model accuracy, reliability, and task-specific performance
- Monitor production performance and implement optimizations based on evaluation metrics and real-world usage patterns
- Eagerness to learn about emerging AI tools and techniques as the field evolves
Skills
- Proficiency developing clean reputed company and efficient code with Python
- Hands-on experience with GCP for AI/ML workloads; exposure to BigQuery, Firebase, and Vertex AI
- Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company APIs
- Familiarity with evaluation methodologies for assessing LLM accuracy, hallucinations, and task-specific performance
- Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (reputed company, Claude Code, reputed company CoPilot)
- Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts, model architectures, and LLM capabilities and constraints
- Natural curiosity and passion for staying reputed company with rapidly evolving AI technologies

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or quantitative field OR equivalent hands-on experience in a reputed company professional industry
