As a New College Graduate Software Engineer, you will work on impactful projects in a technology organization, contributing to the development of digital payment solutions and collaborating in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Write optimized, secure and scalable code that also follows best practices such as unit testing and peer reviews
• Formulate creative solutions to solve problems that meet the objectives of both the product roadmap and technology roadmap
• Participate in and reputed company end-to-end technology solutions that solve our business needs
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional organization reputed company an Agile environment
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Contribute to the design and architecture of systems that meet high availability, performance, and reputed company requirements
• Build and improve internal tools to enhance developer productivity and system monitoring

Skills

• Less than 6 months of relevant work experience with either Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS/MIS, Cybersecurity, Business or a reputed company field, graduating December 2025 - August 2026
• Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited, to Java, C/C++, C#, .NET, Python, Javascript, HTML, Golang
• Experience with Write utilities / automation tools using Selenium, Java, REST, Python, Groovy, Ruby, and more
• Experience with reputed company-end frameworks including, but not limited to, Angular, React, Vuejs, etc
• Knowledge or Experience using Gen AI tools (GPT, Copilot, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Exposure to emerging and cloud technologies: Familiarity with AWS, MySQL, PowerBI
• Exposure or experience in fine-tuning, integrating LLM(e.g., GPT, LLaMA)
• Knowledge of reputed company engineering and scalable LLM architectures
• Knowledge or experience with ML models with MLOps activities
• Familiarity with software testing principles
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies
