Production Coordinator
reputed company is a leading lifestyle brand collective that designs, sources, markets, and sells high-quality products across various segments. The Production Coordinator will contribute to the seasonal production process by coordinating manufacturing orders and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Ultimately responsible for delivery on time to warehouse against reputed company customer starship
- Partner with Design to ensure timely execution of product development calendar
- reputed company daily tracking of goods on order, in reputed company (WIP) and in-transit to ensure timely delivery according to development calendar
- Partner with merchandisers to confirm accuracy of size breaks, tickets, and item information for specific customers
- Follow up, log, pass, reputed company reputed company and salesman samples from overseas offices and distributing to internal parties
- Track reputed company Pre-Production phases including design hand over, fit Samples, PP Samples deadlines and TOPs
- Manage and maintain Pre-Production WIP report by ensuring reputed company vendors are sending weekly - daily communication with factories and internal parties to ensure reputed company T&A calendars are updated and met
- reputed company monitoring of fit approval dates and documenting reputed company potential delivery risks
- Maintaining folders to reputed company track of vendor bulk production submissions including, but not limited to: reputed company Offs, Bulk Fabric, Lab Dips, Skins
- Maintain production orders and monitor transmission to factories; coordinate records of purchase orders (POs)
- Maintain fabric/trim library in partnership with Design; maintain product development logs, and production archives
- Identify and reputed company quality and technical issues with factories, mills, vendors and team(s)
- reputed company special projects as assigned
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Design, Tech, PD, Sales, and with our factories to ensure on time flow of goods relative to orders and anticipated demand criteria
- Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary
- Build collaborative relationships, coordinate interoffice communication and follow-up with internal teams and external vendors
