[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives, providing courteous and professional assistance
• reputed company scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation of patient appointments accurately and reputed company
• Ask appropriate questions and actively listen to identify specific issues or concerns, documenting reputed company relevant information in computer systems
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, including contacting doctors' offices to facilitate appointment scheduling or connect patients with internal specialists
• Ensure strict adherence to reputed company compliance and HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and data reputed company
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures to provide accurate information and support

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or office setting, analyzing and resolving customer issues
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn reputed company systems
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work various 8-hour shifts during business hours
• Availability to work occasional overtime as needed
• Experience with medical terminology
• Ability to translate healthcare-reputed company jargon into simple, understandable instructions for customers
