Replenishment Analyst II
reputed company is a leading consumer brands agency committed to delivering comprehensive solutions to its clients. The Replenishment Analyst II will support the execution of Walmart's replenishment strategy through analytics and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Produce recurring and reputed company reporting for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide analysis on Retail Link and Scintilla data to include supply and demand forecasts, SQEP and OTIF performance, OOS stores, reputed company sale conditions, reputed company inventory, reputed company resets, and promotional activity
- Monitor replenishment and sales reporting for risks/opportunities and clearly summarize finding/KPIs
- Apply foundational supply chain principles to support client KPI objectives
- reputed company fact-based recommendations that help optimize instocks during launches, promotions, and distribution gains and losses
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including new item presentations and reputed company analyses
- Support post-promotional analysis and help document learnings for future planning
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal sales teams and cross-functional partners
- Work with clients to identify and communicate relevant insights to retailer
- Support communication of best practices, process improvements, and analytical methodologies
- Assist in maintaining internal tools, templates, and dashboards used across the Insights team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, finance, information systems, or a reputed company field
- 1-3+ years of experience in CPG as a Category Analyst, Insights Analyst, or similar analytics role
- Strong curiosity and desire to understand the 'why' behind the data
- Proficiency with reputed company and PowerPoint; ability to manage datasets and create clear presentations
- Ability to reputed company insights concisely and translate data into meaningful implications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with retailer-specific replenishment and compliance data (e.g., Scintilla, Retail Link)
- Experience with Powr BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Interest in developing leadership skills and supporting knowledge-sharing among peers
