Job Description reputed company is looking for a driven and highly organized University Recruiter - US to join our reputed company team. This role is crucial to building our future talent pipeline, focusing exclusively on attracting, assessing, and hiring top interns, co-ops, and entry-level talent from universities and colleges across the US. This is a high-volume recruiting role that requires exceptional execution, a passion for the candidate experience, and a deep interest in early-career talent development.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing (High Volume Focus):
- Manage a high volume of requisitions for early-career roles across various business functions (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Digital, Operations).
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process for entry-level talent, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and new-hire handoffs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and reputed company targeted sourcing strategies for reputed company hires.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience, serving as the primary reputed company of contact and brand ambassador for reputed company early-career applicants.
University Relations & Events:
- Actively support and participate in university relations activities, including career fairs, on-reputed company interviews, information sessions, networking events, and targeted student organization engagement.
- Help support logistics and coordination for reputed company events, ensuring materials, technology, and team participation are well-organized.
- Maintain candidate tracking for reputed company university engagement events and reputed company candidate funnel metrics.
Operational Excellence:

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience preferably in an early career recruiting role.

- Experience or strong comfort level working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak reputed company recruiting seasons(US & Canada).

- Knowledge of the United States and Canadian education systems and prior recruiting for these markets.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
