You will: Provide real-time, strategic legal counsel on a wide reputed company of business matters, including product development, marketing, sales, and emerging technologies. Structure, draft, and negotiate reputed company commercial agreements—especially those involving technology, data, and service arrangements. Synthesizing insights from multiple legal experts to offer business-focused guidance in plain language. Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: commercial law, privacy, technology, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, corporate strategy, data governance, cybersecurity, international operations, and/or highly regulated industries.
