You will also need to be comfortable with ambiguity and possess tools to work through ambiguity, craft strategy and drive execution. You will be able to reputed company your teams, distributed across geographies, and guide them to world-class engineering and operational standards while helping define and drive our long term technical strategy for cutting edge search.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or reputed company technical field or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience developing large scale distributed systems.
• 8+ years of experience managing software development teams driving large projects with reputed company dependencies and multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams running search systems at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-group/cross-discipline collaboration.
• Experience managing managers and a track record of scaling global organizations with 50+ engineers. Experience working with and leading teams across geographies.
• You will demonstrate defining and communicating a long-term technical vision and inspiring your team around a shared vision for success. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our reputed company reputed company pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $239,400 - $312,550Zone B: $216,000 - $282,000Zone C: $198,900 - $259,675 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
