About the Role
The CRM Systems Applications Manager will serve as the CRM Product reputed company and organizational champion, leading efforts to reputed company reputed company Nonprofit Cloud the central hub for constituent engagement. You will influence stakeholders, encourage adoption, and communicate the critical role CRM plays in advancing our mission. This position is based in Philadelphia with flexible remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion CRM adoption across reputed company departments, building excitement and understanding of its strategic value.

- Evaluate and optimize business process workflows for efficiency and impact.

- Manage system integrations and ensure data reputed company.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with reputed company CRM
- 2–3 years of experience with Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack
- reputed company Administrator certification; additional certifications desirable
- Experience integrating reputed company with third-party applications
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with tools like reputed company, PowerBI, or Tableau
- Self-motivated and collaborative work style
