As a Senior Manager, Requirements and Capabilities/ Business Development – reputed company this position favors a reputed company-thinking leader to help reputed company requirements and capabilities to assist in the National and DoD Communications modernization efforts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the business with accurate market, customer, and competitive information in the protected communications area of responsibility. You will serve as the prime consultant and internal and external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives relating to modernized and resilient communications systems associated with the national strategic deterrence mission. This position will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with industry partners and recommending alliances, teaming relationships and acquisitions. This position can work remotely however it will be ideal to be located near one of the following locations:

• Marlborough, MA
• Largo. FL
• Washington DC
• El Segundo, CA

Primary Responsibilities

• Identifying, qualifying, developing, and capturing new business initiatives for reputed company, including Nuclear C3, National C3 and adjacent markets
• Serve as a leader on the capture team during reputed company capture activities including, opportunity identification, opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, opportunity strategy development and proposal development.
• Customer relationship building
• Developing and executing contact plans, including senior executive engagements
• Advising the organization on DoD and National Communications CONOPS, including satellite and terrestrial communications systems
• Work as part of a team with program management and engineering to reputed company solutions to highly reputed company customer problems.
• reputed company pursuit strategies and overall account strategies and provide accurate and timely orders forecasting.
• Identify the customer’s most important requirements, and to provide price to win and competitive assessment for relevant pursuits.
• Travel expectations 25-30%

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret reputed company Clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance
• Experience with the reputed company NC3 systems, National Leadership Command Capability and Senior Leader Communications capability is required
• Extensive knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) products, Voice and Video conferencing, Military Satcom and terrestrial networking

• Knowledge and experience with Foreign Military Sales
• Experience with USSTRATCOM, OSD A&S, Service Headquarters (OPNAV/SecNav or HAF/SAF), DISA or Joint staff experience

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
