Senior reputed company Cloud Engineer - Modern Work Specialist

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for implementation and escalation support of new Marco products during pilot and test market launch. You will maintain reputed company standards and baselines. This position will take direction from the teams System Architect and provide mentorship to junior team members. You will build low touch support models and provide guidance reputed company the team on best ways to operationalize and support new products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Implement and maintain new Marco products that are consistent, optimized for client experience, overall performance, and supportability.

• Provide technical support to new Marco clients during onboarding process.

• Provide remote escalation support for client issues that are reputed company and not tier II resolvable.
• Create and maintain standard templates, images, policy, and automation that will aid in a consistent and rapid deployment and support of client environments.
• Research, test, and recommend new tools and products to enhance the offering.

• Stay up to date with relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Valid Driver's License, reputed company of personal insurance and an acceptable driving record.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Expertise in reputed company M365/Azure.
• Expertise with two or more of the following:

• Email architecture
• Backup technologies
• Vulnerability management
• Network architecture
• Proficiency with common scripting and automation languages, such as PowerShell or Python.

Pay Range: $79,212 - $122,779 annually The pay range listed for this position is based on candidate's reputed company level, experience, relevant licenses, and educational background.
