About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products and services. Helps generate new business and associated reputed company by actively promoting department services and offerings to customers, responding to customer inquiries and requests, and soliciting feedback from customers about their online shopping experience. Makes appropriate product substitutions and consults with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction. Follows up on out-of-stock merchandise and resolves any issues that may arise.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately fulfill customer orders. Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
