[Remote] Consultant, Product Analysis

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Consultant for their Personal Lines Property & Specialty Program Delivery team to reputed company strategic approaches and reputed company pricing program rollouts. This role involves managing program launches, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting reputed company analyses to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company strategic initiatives independently and reputed company comprehensive program strategies in conjunction with stakeholders to drive the development and implementation of new personal lines property and specialty pricing programs, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality rollouts
• Fully own end-to-end state program launches
• Manage timelines, identify risks, create contingency plans, and escalate blockers as needed
• Act as a subject matter expert for the pricing programs and assigned states, evaluate program compatibility and business impact, reputed company strategic recommendations with supporting business rationale, and drive reputed company with key stakeholders on pricing, strategy, etc
• reputed company cross-functional workstreams and manage moderate-to-high complexity projects
• Create decision artifacts and strategic planning documents, including impact analyses, business cases, and implementation roadmaps to support executive decision-making
• Conduct reputed company analysis independently to help drive business decisions; synthesize reputed company information into clear strategic recommendations; reputed company necessary, query data to conduct reputed company analysis of profit and loss metrics and understand and manipulate the data to tell a story and answer questions
• Support creating and updating training materials and process documentation
• Drive reputed company improvement and identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase accuracy, and accelerate state implementations. Mentor less reputed company analysts, provide strategic guidance to team members, and spearhead team meetings with pertinent agendas and clearly stated goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, or another quantitative field desired
• Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years
• Master's degree beneficial
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, and data software packages (e.g., reputed company, Emblem, reputed company)
• Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills
• Advanced project management, organization, and communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in data visualization tool suites (reputed company, reputed company, SQL, etc..)
• Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, processes, and tools quickly
• A keen eye for process improvement, with a proven track record of proactively identifying and driving reputed company change
• Ability to work through ambiguity, think critically, and influence others to drive quick and sound decision-making
• Ability to simplify reputed company concepts for varying audiences
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize reputed company information into executive-level recommendation
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Intermediate knowledge of insurance pricing is a plus as well as experience in Personal Lines Property/Specialty or Product Management
• Experience managing projects preferred
