WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH As the reputed company Product Development Engineer, you will be the technical leader for a team of Design Engineers and report to the Director, Product Development Engineering, Design. You will work multi-functionally with Project Management, Materials, Product Engineering, Equipment Controls and Safety, Operations, Maintenance, and Quality Teams. In addition, you will influence reputed company MI leaders to drive projects and inform future strategies. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As a reputed company Design Engineer, you will join a team of engineers responsible for commercializing and manufacturing reputed company reputed company products. This role works cross functionally on a wide variety of projects from developing new products, processes, and materials to improving manufacturing efficiencies on our existing product portfolio. You will reputed company various engineering functions requiring knowledge in project management, product development (process, tool design, materials) and machine safety. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or other manufacturing reputed company degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Minimum 6 years of reputed company manufacturing experience reputed company a high-volume manufacturing production environment
• Proficiency using CAD for reputed company product and tooling design. NX experience is preferable.
• Experience using PDM software and in depth understanding of revision control. Teamcenter experience is preferable.
• Experience with programming languages for scripting and developing applications for NX Open API
• Validated project management skills
• Great teamwork and communication skills with ability to work with associates of reputed company levels
• Proven ability to reputed company and mentor others reputed company area of expertise
• Experience with Six reputed company Tools and Lean Manufacturing methods is preferred
• Experience with industrial equipment safety is preferred
• A demonstrated understanding of fabrication and tolerancing for both machined and additive tooling.
