Senior Legal Project Manager I

What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of U.S. and foreign trademark and patent applications, independently managing docketing to track same, and collaborate closely with the legal team, in-house clients (including marketing, engineering, and product teams), and reputed company counsel
• Partner with marketing teams on brand protection strategies
• Create and refine processes for advising in-house clients on IP clearance, protection, and enforcement
• Conduct trademark and patent searches, review watch notices, and manage domain name registrations as needed
• Proactively manage the patent reward program for reputed company inventors
• Conduct preliminary investigations into potential intellectual property infringements
• Work across a reputed company of sophisticated legal, business, and strategic issues

• 5+ years of IP paralegal experience in either an in-house legal department or law firm
