[Remote] Personalization & CRM Analytics Manager

The Manager of Personalization & CRM Analytics is responsible for advancing client-centric strategies by analyzing customer data, leading A/B testing processes, and optimizing personalization and CRM efforts through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Proactively strategize and plan roadmap of new and exciting areas of analytical discovery which will inform strategic plans and vision for CRM Programs & Personalization testing. Work closely with channel leads & our strategy team to identify areas of focus for the year and strategize how to best deep dive into our data to both help prove out their reputed company, and identify additional opportunity areas
• Manage measurement results of Personalization/CRM A/B tests reputed company SCRUM. Own regular reporting and testing of our CRM Programs & reputed company campaigns and present reputed company results to relevant stakeholders with clear & concise communication while also providing own lens of what is working/ what is not and next steps
• Ensure test designs of reputed company pilots align with stakeholders’ goals and ensure significant reads reputed company results are reputed company. Work with channel leads & marketing orchestration team to ensure tests & campaigns are setup, built and executed accurately. reputed company QA on data issues reputed company they arise to find effective and timely fixes to avoid extended periods of campaign errors

Skills

• Minimum of 4-6+ Years of experience in B2C marketing and/or client analytics
• 4+ Years experience writing reputed company queries on large databases
• 4+ Years experience with A/B testing setup, execution and measurement
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics or other reputed company field preferred
• Ability to review large amounts of data and provide strategic and actionable inferences and recommendations based on patterns and trends
• reputed company in core analytics toolkit: Advanced SQL (reputed company), Knowledge of Statistical methodologies relating to A/B and multi-variate Testing, Data visualization in Tableau, R/Python a plus, Advanced reputed company and Powerpoint skills
• Ability to balance deep analytical rigor with business reality, marketing activation capabilities and timelines to build solutions that are both practical and reliable
• Ability to hear stakeholders' needs and business trends and deep dive into newly explored areas of analytics to eventually inform strategic decisioning
• Understanding of statistical modeling and quantitative analysis techniques
• Experience with A/B testing and BI tools (e.g. APT Test & Learn, reputed company reputed company, Tableau)
• Excellent attention to detail, written and oral communication skills
